ALICE COOPER: Guitarist RYAN ROXIE Quits, KERI KELLI To Step In
March 22, 2006According to a posting on the SickthingsUK web site, guitarist Ryan Roxie has left the ALICE COOPER band and is likely to be replaced by Keri Kelli, who played with Ryan in SLASH'S SNAKEPIT and DAD'S PORNO MAG and had stints with RATT, WARRANT, SKID ROW, ADLER'S APPETITE, PRETTY BOY FLOYD, and TUFF, among others. Roxie is reportedly leaving the group in order "to spend some quality time with his family."
ALICE COOPER will be embarking on another U.S. tour beginning in June. He will also reportedly be hitting the road in South America in November.
As previously reported, ALICE COOPER will visit Canada this spring for an arena tour spanning a dozen dates. The May 1-17 trek will include six gigs in Ontario and five more spread across Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Manitoba.
Cooper released his 24th studio album, "Dirty Diamonds", last summer.
